What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with clients by developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying needs.
- Partner with your agent to drive success and meet marketing goals.
- Be a resource in your community, ensuring clients feel secure and valued every day.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver top-notch service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Customer-focused and ready to go the extra mile.
- Life/Health Insurance License (preferred but not required—we’ll help you get licensed!).
- FINRA accreditation is a plus.
- A proven record of hitting sales targets (or the determination to start!).
