About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Operations to take over day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. This pivotal role offers full ownership of outcomes, driving team performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrates strong critical thinking, and can lead a diverse team with varying levels of experience and personalities. More than a manager, the Assistant Director of Operations is an operator ensuring operational stability, coordinating workflows, fostering team communication, and implementing business processes that align with agency goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Drive team sales goals and ensure consistent execution of strategies to achieve targets.
  • Team Accountability: Lead, coach, and mentor a team, maintaining high standards and clear expectations.
  • CRM & Campaign Execution: Oversee CRM processes, marketing campaigns, and client communications to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Retention & Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experience and optimize retention strategies.
  • Operational Stability: Manage day-to-day operations with organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless workflows and meeting operational goals.
  • Assist in Managing Workflows and Office Scheduling: Support operational coordination and daily office activities.
  • Support Team Performance Through Administrative Oversight: Monitor team tasks and processes to maintain performance standards.
  • Contribute to Marketing and Outreach Efforts: Assist with campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement.
  • Prepare and Review Reports on Productivity and Customer Engagement: Track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Agent and Management Team on Operational Strategies: Partner with leadership to implement effective processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in operations, administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Must be able to obtain required state insurance licenses.
  • Experience with CRM systems and campaign execution preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
