What You’ll Do:

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate customer service, handling inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, claims, and billing.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer tailored product solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
Requirements:

  • Comfortable making at least 100 outbound calls or engaging in a minimum of 8 Auto Conversations per day.
  • Understand that we are risk managers, focusing on Auto, Home, and Life insurance.
  • Must be coachable, willing to learn, and committed to weekly activity goals based on effort, not sales.
